Domestic Australia

• Express $15
• Standard $10

Delivery may take up to; and including 21 days to arrive to you. This is due to order processing combined with international delivery and customs processes.

RETURNS

We will gladly refund under the following circumstances:

• The gloves are still sealed in the original packaging
• The gloves have never been used or worn
• The gloves have a genuine fault or defect upon receipt by you
• The parcel is lost in the postal/courier service and proof is provided (e.g. no confirmation of signed delivery etc.)

Terms & Conditions of refunds:

The product must be returned within 30 days after receipt of purchase - we cannot accept returns later than this.

Products must be returned in original condition & original packaging

We cannot refund the following:

• Return Postage costs
• Contact latex gloves with protective palm plastic film removed or damage that you may have caused removing the protective plastic film.
• Products returned after 30 days since receipt of purchase
• Gloves with wear or deterioration that is deemed FAIR USE - latex is a natural material that can experience wear from the very first use, the level of wear will vary per keeper depending on their age, technique, playing surface and much more.
• Gloves with wear or deterioration caused by not maintaining them in line with the glove care instructions as listed on our website.
